Enrolment Procedures

The flow of enrolment into ZEN English is as follows:

①Counseling & Make decision on the Course, Class Hours and Room Type

In Zen English, you can choose from 4, 6, and 8 hours of 1:1 classes per day. For the information on how to choose the courses, please refer to the guide for selecting classes or directly contact us. Our Single and triple rooms are the most popular rooms in the school and it runs how quickly. As a rule of thumb, please reserve the course and room at least 2 ~ 3 months in advance.

②Estimate

Once you have decided on the course, the class hours and the room types, you can send us an inquiry. We will give you a quotation before you proceed to make the application.

③Formal application

Once you are ready to proceed based on the quotation, please proceed to fill in thisspecial application form.

④ Issue of invoice & air ticket reservation

We will issue an invoice for you after we received your application form. At that time we will also provide you with an air ticket reservation guide. You should make the payment for the tuition and accommodation fees at least one month in advance of your course starting date.

⑤Payment

Once you have made your payment, we will send you an overseas study guide and the airport pickup guide with the necessary items and notes required for studying abroad.

⑥Airport Pick up arrangement

When the reservation of the flight is confirmed and sent to us, we will arrange airport pick-up and send you a guide on how to find our pick up staff.

This completes the enrolment procedure. If it is smooth, the procedure will be completed in about one week. Hence, you should not be worried in case of an urgent application. In any case, feel free to consult about your enrolment with us at any point of time.
