In the one-on-one class, you learn not just the basic speaking and listening skills through the English conversation. Our teachers also correct your pronunciation, leading to the score improvement of TOEIC. Hence, you get to enjoy an improvement of English conversation skill and exam results at the same time.

Recommended schedule

In the exam preparation including TOEIC, hard work is needed to achieve the results you wish. The exams focus more on the input and internalisation of the conversation, which is quite different from the conversation where the focus is on the output of your English knowledge. Therefore, ZEN English encourages those who prepare for the exam preparation course to allocate more time for self-study.

Except for the short-term students, it is important to ensure sufficient and consistent self-study time daily. We recommend you to lower your regular lessons to 4 or 6 hours for the exam preparation course.

・1:1 Classes: 6 hours + Self-study: 2 hours (※ recommended)

You can receive advice regularly from our Japanese managers who had themselves achieved over TOEIC 900 points. They would guide you on how to proceed with self study, the recommended reference books etc. In addition, for those who wish to purchase reference books or preliminary learning before traveling can also receive pre-study counselling at Skype. (You receive support from us the moment you make the payment for the enrolment into the school)

Weekend TOEIC Practice Test [Free]

At ZEN English, we hold a mock test on every Saturday morning. In the mock test, you get to know your progress. Besides, you also get to experience the atmosphere of a real test. These mock tests will get you familiarise with the exam environment so as to help you to demonstrate your full ability in the real exam environment.
