Cost to pay after Arrival at the school

SSP (Special Study Permit)

6,500pesos
SSP (Special Study Permit) is a permission to study in the Philippines school. It’s not a visa. It’s compulsory according to the Philippines Government for all foreign students seeking short term education course here. It is valid for up to 6 months.

Visa Extension Fee

※ Visa application fee may fluctuate without notice according to the government decision.

• • Staying within 30 days→ 0 peso（Provided you come from a country with 30 days visa exemption country to the Philippines）
• • Over 30 days – 8weeks→3,440 pesos
• 9-12weeks→4,710pesos
• 13-16weeks→2,740pesos
• 17-20weeks→2,740pesos
• 21-24weeks→2,740pesos

ACR I-Card

Alien registration card. It’s compulsory for those who wish to stay in the Philippines for more than 9 weeks (It’s included in the visa extension fee)

Dorm Deposit

U$50 or 2,500pesos
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the term, after deducting any fee incurred in the school or penalties. For those who study for less than 3 weeks, the deposit is included in the accommodation fees.

Electricity bill

Estimated
Monthly to be about 500 to 2,000 pesos / month . The exact fees is done by meter reading. It’s included for those who study for less than two weeks.

Lodging Extension fee

In principle, we only allow students to arrive on Saturdays or Sundays (for check in). Students should check out by 17 o’clock on Saturday. Please inform us in advance if you need to extend your stay due to the air ticket schedule.
Single room:2,000 pesos / night、2double room：1,400 pesos / night

Weekday Pick up fee

Weekday：1,500pesos

Departure tax

750 pesos
When you are departing from Cebu Mactan International Airport, you need to pay this departure tax at the airport.

Return taxi fare

Approximately 350-400pesos
The taxi fare on the way back to Cebu Mactan International Airport is around 350-400 pesos.

Miscellaneous expenditure

5 pesos～/month
It varies greatly depending on whether you are joining the school trip. One school trip normally costs around 3000 pesos.
